More like this

Niel Hancock's Circle of Light is a four-book fantasy sequence -- Greyfax Grimwald, Faragon Fairingay, Calix Stay, and Squaring the Circle -- first published in 1977 as part of Hancock's larger Atlanton Earth universe, of which it is chronologically the last-occurring set. A 2004 Tor reprint marketed the books as young-adult fantasy for ages 8-12, despite carrying more advanced spiritual themes than that classification suggests.
