Dragon Prince
Melanie Rawn · 3 novels · 1988–1990
Melanie Rawn's Dragon Prince trilogy (Dragon Prince, The Star Scroll, Sunrunner's Fire, 1988-1990) centers on Rohan, prince of the desert kingdom of Desert, and his sorceress wife Sioned, a Sunrunner able to travel and gather information along beams of light. The trilogy follows their efforts to unite the fractious dragon-prince realms against the tyrant Roelstra and, later, the dragons themselves, and forms the first half of a six-book cycle continued in the Dragon Star trilogy.
