Expect covert missions, disguises, poison, and blood-sorcery villains rendered in fast chapters and cliffhanger turns rather than slow worldbuilding — cloak-and-dagger fantasy for readers who want momentum. Start with *Child of the Ghosts*: it is Caina's origin, the intended front door, and everything after assumes you have walked through it.
