Following the deadly task in Beirut, Sullivan and Moshe, the Israeli Mossad agent, are in France searching for Hassan the Red, the terrorist responsible for the killing of Marines in Beirut. The trail leads back to Iran, then to the Turkey border, where Hussan plans to deploy an atomic bomb.
