Late at night in the town of Kenwood, the haunting strains of the most beautiful music echo through the neighborhood, luring the sleeping children from their beds. The townsfolk know all about the old Wellington house, and their children are a small price to pay to contain the evil that lies within. Now a private detective has returned to Kenwood to enjoy his retirement, unaware that he must now confront the most haunting, horrific mystery of his life.
