Counter-Clock World

In a near future, after time has reversed itself in some ways and the dead are being resurrected and grow younger until they vanish in a reverse conception, the imminent resurrection of the founder of a new religion which has spread through African-Americans causes a power struggle between factions who vie to possess him.
