Ravyn Kontis, the only Katagarian (Leopard) Dark-Hunter. Susan Michaels, human journalist who was ruined by a bad source. Summoned to a local animal shelter by her veterinarian best friend, she adopts a strange cat even though she's allergic and is pulled into the Dark-Hunter/Were-Hunter/Apollite/Daimon politics and has to rework her entire view of the way the world works.
