The plate tectonics genius nicknamed "Dr. Quake" has constructed a machine that can dampen tremors along a fault line. But the machine is stolen by someone who realizes he can reverse the effect to accelerate them and create earthquakes. When he tries to blackmail the government with the machine, our superweapon Remo has to stop the earthquake machine.
