Dragon

An accidental nuclear explosion aboard a cargo ship carrying Japanese automobiles uncovers a plot by militant Japanese industrialists to hide remote controlled nuclear bombs inside Japanese cars all over the world to ensure that other countries submit to overly aggressive Japanese export tactics without instituting any protective import measures, and the US launches a crack team on a secret project to find and dismantle this network before it becomes operational.
