Geirmund's Saga

Set during the Viking expansion into England, the novel follows Geirmund Hel-hide, born into Norwegian royalty, as he sets out to prove himself a warrior and finds instead a being out of myth and a ring that promises both power and betrayal. Rising through King Guthrum's army during the conquest of Saxon England, Geirmund has to decide what kind of leader, and man, he wants to become.
