Hallow Be the Haunt

FBI agent Jake Mallory brings his fiancee Ashley Donegal home to her family's antebellum plantation near New Orleans to plan their wedding, only for Halloween to bring a string of murders that witnesses swear were committed by witches. Ashley's dreams carry warnings from a restless ghost, and as the case turns personal, the couple race to stop the killer before their wedding, and Ashley, become casualties.
