Heart of Goldmoon

Long before she carries the Blue Crystal Staff into legend, Goldmoon is a chieftain's daughter of the Que-Shu plains, and this novella traces the early days of her bond with the outcast hunter Riverwind, a courtship the tribe's elders despise and that will eventually send him off on the quest to find the old gods. It's an origin story for one of the Dragonlance saga's central romances, told largely from Goldmoon's own side of the fire.
