Two disgruntled CIA agents decide that an unsuccessful assassination attempt on John F. Kennedy's life, one that can be linked to Fidel Castro, is the only way to put Cuba back into geopolitical play. They choose Lee Harvey Oswald as the instrument to put their plot in motion.
