Lord Toede

Unlike the rest of the Villains series, Lord Toede picks up after the cowardly hobgoblin's death in the Chronicles trilogy: two demons of the Abyss return his broken body to life as a kind of experiment, curious whether even someone as venal and craven as Toede can be nudged toward nobility. What follows is Dragonlance's darkest comedy, watching an irredeemable schemer get a second chance he never deserved and barely wants.
