Panglor Balef, space pilot, is teetering on the brink of insanity. Forced by a corrupt shipping company to embark on a near-suicide mission, the life-weary pilot finds himself lost in the depths of space—in a place that seems to defy all rules of logic and reality. Worse, a young female stowaway seems determined to make his life a misery.
