Parable of the Sower

After the economic and societal collapse of the United States, when climate change has made food and water precious and marauders attack people on the roads or in their homes, an 18 year old girl whose town is destroyed heads north and gradually accumulates a small band of associates, who will form the nucleus of a spiritual community informed by her philosophy.
