Queen Zixi of Ix

A girl receives a cloak which grants wishes from the elves. It becomes useful when, once her brother is crowned king and she becomes princess, their kingdom has to defend against an invasion from a covetous neighboring queen and a race of quarrelsome bouncy round "people".
