The Sacrifice

The Sacrifice follows Gilthas, the sheltered and rebellious son of Tanis Half-Elven and Laurana, as elven conspirators enlist the dark mage Dalamar's help to lure him into a trap meant to turn him into a puppet ruler of Qualinesti. When Tanis goes looking for his missing son, he finds a conspiracy reaching further and darker than a worried father expected.
