The Spinster & the Thief

Garreth is the exiled friend of a deposed prince who has become a thief in order to fund his search for his friend. Zovinar is the unmarried Duchess of Tanglewood whose regent uncle prefers to keep her far from home at the Court of the Copper Coast while he manages her Duchy. When Garreth sneaks into a Ball to steal some jewelry, he meets Zovinar and sparks fly. Both have secrets and problems to resolve, not the least of which is the forbidden attraction each has for the other.
