The Trench

A female Megalodon kept in a tourist show breaks free into the Pacific, where it leaves a trail of death and destruction. The man who discovered its mother years ago and feels responsible for it leaving the Mariana Trench and going on its own rampage now feels additional guilt, and resolves to kill the new one, despite orders to capture it and return it to captivity from the plutocrat who owns the show; who has his own secret and illegal agenda involving a massive sea bottom habitat in the Mariana Trench.
