The pony "Snowdrop" escapes the clutches of the wicked witch Miss Smith and seeks protection from the white witch, Mrs. Judy. To stop Miss Smith's plans, Mrs. Judy and Snowdrop create a plan to beat her and her evil black steed Satan in a horse race.
