Trip to Heaven

After Dona Benta gives the children a bedtime lecture on the stars, Pedrinho, Narizinho, Emilia and the Visconde sprinkle themselves with magic pirlimpimpim powder and float straight off the ranch into the sky. Their tour of the heavens carries them past the Moon, where Saint George keeps house with his dragon, on to Mars, Saturn's rings, and the Milky Way, with Tia Nastacia left behind frying donuts for a saint and Emilia adopting a stray angel with a broken wing.
