Rosleen White, professor of medieval history and collector of Antique weapons gets more than she counted on when she acquires a sword named "Blooddrinker's Curse". For when she cuts her finger on the blade (feeding her blood to the blade) an ancient accursed Viking appears in her lecture hall and sweeps her back in time with him to the Viking past.
