Jaleigh Johnson

Jaleigh Johnson is an American fantasy author known for both original middle-grade fiction and licensed tie-in novels. Her World of Solace trilogy, beginning with The Mark of the Dragonfly (2014), follows a scrap-metal scavenger drawn into a sky-pirate adventure across a patchwork fantasy world, and won a 2015 Bank Street College of Education award for children's literature. She has also written extensively for Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons fiction, including novels tied to the Forgotten Realms setting and the film Honor Among Thieves, as well as licensed fiction for Assassin's Creed and Marvel's Xavier's Institute. Johnson's work is noted for detailed worldbuilding and has been praised in Kirkus Reviews and the Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books.
