Nalini Singh

Nalini Singh is a New Zealand author of Indo-Fijian descent, born in 1977 in Suva, Fiji. She holds a law degree from the University of Auckland and worked as a law clerk before turning to writing full time. She is best known for two long-running paranormal romance series: the Psy-Changeling books, which follow psychics, shapeshifters, and empaths navigating a rigidly controlled society, continued in the Psy-Changeling Trinity sequence; and the Guild Hunter series, centered on angels, vampires, and the hunters who track them. Her novels have appeared on the New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly bestseller lists, and she has won New Zealand's Sir Julius Vogel Award and an Australian Romance Readers Award.
