Haven Hollow

Some towns keep their strangeness tucked behind lace curtains. Haven Hollow doesn't quite manage it. In this hidden little burg the kettle is always warm, the neighbors are rarely entirely human, and magic is less a dark art than another item on the to-do list — a shared paranormal world where witches brew, ghosts linger over the good china, and most trouble is settled by the last page and a fresh pot of tea. Built by indie paranormal veterans H. P. Mallory and J. R. Rain, the Hollow spreads across interlocking sub-series, each trailing a different resident down a different street. Wanda's Witchery, Poppy's Potions, and Remarkable Remedies follow the town's spellcasters and their shopfronts; Hallowed Homes and Spook Society lean into hauntings and the things that go bump; Blood Rose Academy turns to younger magic learning its craft; Occult Oddities and Princess Procedural fill out the rest of the neighborhood. One setting, one light touch — but each thread stands largely on its own. The register here is warm rather than wicked: cozy mystery, slow-burn romance, and a wry sense of humor carry more weight than horror, the danger real enough to matter yet never enough to sour the mood. There is no single canonical spine to march down — the world is made to be entered by whichever shop window catches your eye. Newcomers do well to open the door at Wanda's Witchery, the corner of town the series first introduced, then wander wherever the next curiosity leads. Read a sub-series in publication order; drift between them as you please.
