Jessie McQuade is a young police officer. In the sleepy little town of Miniwa, she keeps the peace and enforces the law, until one day a wolf is hit by a car. When Jessie follows the trail of the injured animal, she comes across a very handsome young man. Shortly afterward, several bodies are found, apparently killed by wolf bites.
