Dragon in Exile

Exiled from their homeworld, Clan Korval has settled on the once-lawless planet Surebleak, working to bring order alongside the new local bosses even as parts of the population cling to the old criminal ways. With eight captured Agents of Change imprisoned and possibly unfixable, and Korval's sworn enemy the Department of the Interior still hunting them, Val Con and Miri yos'Phelium must build a home out of a world that doesn't want to be governed.
