Garth of Izar

Captain Garth of Izar, the once-heroic figure of Axanar whose exploits Starfleet cadets still study, has been declared cured of the madness that took him after a shapeshifting cure on Antos IV. Sent back to the world that healed and unhinged him, this time as a Federation mediator, he asks Kirk and the Enterprise to back a fragile peace while old suspicions linger over whether his recovery is real.
