Ice Trap

The Enterprise is sent to the frozen world Nordstral after a research team goes silent and reports of sudden insanity start coming in, and the crew barely gets a foothold before earthquakes and electromagnetic storms cut them off from the ship. Kirk and McCoy chase the source of the madness while Uhura and Chekov search the ice for the missing scientists, racing a planet that seems determined to bury both teams.
