One-Man Army

A private detective is hired by the tenants of a rat-infested apartment house to investigate the tenement owner, who wants to demolish the building to build a modern day skyscraper. The owner has hired thugs to harass and beat up the tenants. The private detective, a sexy girl who is intimate with The Specialist, calls the Irishman in. He is set up in the apartment building and gets rid of the hoodlums in quick order. But the building owner calls in a hit man to take him out, and things get nasty.
