When the Mafia kills a young woman's father and brother, she hires The Specialist to revenge their deaths. During the first encounter, Sullivan is injured in a car wreck that leaves a blood clot in his brain. The blood clot is causing him to act crazy, killing viciously, and his FBI contact thinks it's time to shut him down.
