Space Vikings
John F. Carr, Mike Robertson, Terry Mancour & H. Beam Piper · 6 novels · 1963–2021
Space Viking is H. Beam Piper's 1963 novel set in his Terro-Human Future History, following a nobleman's manhunt for his bride's killer across the fringes of a collapsed interstellar civilization, where raiding 'Space Vikings' fill the power vacuum an empire's fall left behind. Decades later, other writers — among them John F. Carr and Terry Mancour — added further novels continuing Piper's setting, extending it well past Piper's own death in 1964.
